What is the return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within ​14 days​ of delivery. Customer cover return shipping costs. We refund the item price within ​10 business days​ after receiving your return.Used/damaged items, or products missing original tags can’t be returned.(Safety gear like helmets are final sale.) To start a return, please contact us via email.

*Refunds exclude original shipping fees. Safety gear includes helmets, pads, and protective clothing.
Defective claims require clear evidence of manufacturing flaws.

Are any purchases final sale?

Certain protective items (e.g., helmets, knee pads) are marked ​final sale​ due to hygiene concerns and cannot be returned within 15 days. However, if you receive a ​damaged or defective product, contact us within ​24 hours​ of delivery at support@motionmobile.store. Include your order number and ​two clear photos: one showing the defect and one of the packaging. We will provide a resolution (replacement or full refund) within 48 hours to ensure you receive a flawless product.
